What condition does my device need to be in to qualify for trade-in?
We accept devices in a range of conditions, from “broken” all the way to “brand new”. Please select your device above to get started.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment via cash, Venmo, PayPal, or store credit towards a new device. If you choose store credit, you can use it towards the purchase of any product we offer.
What happens to my data after I trade it in?
We require devices to be fully wiped before we submit payment. You can wipe it yourself or with some help from our staff. Additionally we ALWAYS ensure that all data is fully erased a second time during our refurbishment process.
My device is broken or doesn’t turn on. How do I wipe my info?
If your device doesn’t power on or isn’t working for you to wipe it at home you just need to let us know. We can help wipe your device when it arrives at our facility. We won’t ask for your device’s password or pass code so your data will remain safe a secure. You can use iCloud.com to remove your device from your account and even remotely wipe it! Feel free to reach out with any questions!
