Q. Do I need an Appointment for my repair?
A. No, for most repairs you don’t need an appointment, but if you have an urgent issue you should give us a call.

Q. How long does it take to repair my device?
A. All devices are different. Phones can typically be repaired while you wait. Computers or Tablets can take a few business days. Call and ask about our expedited services if you have an emergency repair.

Q. Should I backup my device before I bring it in for service?
A. In most cases we don’t require this, but we can help you back it up in store. Sometimes trying to backup a damaged device can do more harm than good. Leave the heavy lifting to the pros.

Q. What does your standard repair Warranty cover?
A. Our standard warranty that comes with all of our repairs is limited to functionality. It strictly excludes any damages however minor they may be (cracks, spots, chips, scratches, liquid, fire, nightstand, ghosts, and alien abductions). We are working to offer accidental protection, but it will be a paid service on top of any repair cost.

Q. I had my device repaired and I think something is wrong. What do I do?!?!?!
A. Bring the device back to our office, no need to call or to make an appointment. We are always happy to help resolve any issue, even if it’s not covered under our warranty. Please do not think you are bothering us. We want to help!

Q. What type of parts do you use for your repairs? I can buy a screen on Amazon for $10.00. Why do you charge so much. Seems like a ripoff. Why is the mall cheaper?

A. WE DO NOT use Aftermarket parts for any of our repairs. Parts sourced on Amazon, eBay and at most 3rd party shops are generally the lowest possible quality you can buy. All of our parts are Premium New Replacements or Premium Refurbished. This allows us to provide the highest level of repair possible, identical to that of the manufacturer. We care more about providing a premium service than selling a knockoff product that can damage your device or fail within a month. (We feel very strongly about this).
